I just purchased a rigged 3d person ($154.00), but it isn't acting right. Should this work out of the box or do I have to do something to make it work?

I am still fighting this.. any tips? Measures fine in its own file, but hugs when I merge it. I can't scale!

Looks fine to me, you mean people don't walk like that where you're from?

Change the scale of the biped file to be correct (no scaling) by changing the the units, and it should be fine.

AXZ has instructions for loading their people into a scene. It would apply to what you are doing. Check out their free samples for the instructions.
