3sdmax or 3dsmax design? what you're using

Standard Max 2011. How many of us would actually truly NEED the lighting analysis?? Doesn't standard Max come with animation tools that are omitted from Design? (hmmm... might be wrong about that) Here's a link to the Autodesk page comparing the two...

Its just another money making scheme for them. I would like features of both, in one package. But no way they getting me to buy another license just for that. For the shortcomings I'll just use workarounds.
