I know how hard it is to find decent sky's so I started making my own and now I've decided to sell them too:

You can purchase all 90+ images for:

$99 for 4mp sized images or
$399 for the full resolution images which are variable in size: the smallest image is 16 megapixel and the largest is 64 megapixel and every size in between. Though most are above 25mp. With so much detail each sky is very versatile, can be used for far or close up shots, and can be used in many parts of the image giving you far more than 'just one sky'. exif information should be intact in each image so you can match camera to digital settings if you like.

Alternatively you can buy individual images for $9.99 for full resolution or $4.99 for 4mp.

They are only jpg images, but were taken as RAW with a camera that has extremely good dynamic range, edited and expertly stitched together.

They were also taken with a very high quality prime lens and so the sharpness on most of them allows you to see individual leaf details. (except for a couple where the wind and light didn't allow it)

Most of them are sunsets/ sunrises, most include 66% sky and 33% landscape of various types. There are shots from NZ and Western Australia.

Thank you, yes it started off out of necessity because there are were no good skies around for my 3d work, and ended up becoming one of my main hobbies. Its raised the bar of my 3d work as a result and I've started a 2nd company now doing photography, which is probably my main passion at the moment.

Very nice. Have you thought about shooting HDRI's..?

There is nothing stopping me from shooting HDRI's - I've just never used them much in my own work flow, prefering just to use vray sun system as the ambient.

Also things like trees move and a HDR does not really work 100% because of this motion, so as a background image these are superior. I think in future I will shoot both at the same time, get a JPG for the background and a matching HDR. Assuming these sell at all of course.

Also the camera i use has 14.1 stops of dynamic range in a single shot (more than any other camera ever made), so its nearly made HDR obsolete.
