On April 1st, that number is probably closer to 0.01%

So you think this is National Public Radio's idea of an April fools joke. I'm guessing it's not, since they said the surgeon was here in San Diego. It sounds too frighteningly ludicrous to be a joke.
But you never know. Maybe there'll be a follow up "gotcha" story.
