  • BRIX and DR

    Hi, quick question...

I own a single user copy of BRIX and cannot get it to work sing a single render slave.
The slave returns buckets with black "unregistered" odd text in them.
Their website has said "under construction" for months now. Has anyone been in touch with Materialwerk lately? The main computer has been successfully activated. Do you need a separate license for each render slave? I hope they are still around...

    TIA

You need a special rendernode license for DR or network rendering. Even if you have those you can get into trouble. I need more licenses but have the same problem that you have; they seem to have disappeared from the internet. I would also really like to know how to reach them.

Damn, somehow I missed that bit of important information when I ordered BRIX!
Hmmm, I hope they are still alive...

I really hope it does not get abandoned after the split. Such a great plugin, I want to keep using it, but also want to upgrade to 2012!
