Monitor recording

Hi

I am trying to make a few tutorials which rely on recording the monitor as I work through the motions. Does anyone know which programs will enable me to do this on PC? The better the resolution the better.

Its affordable.
The size of your capturing depends on FPS and the codec.
I advise using DivX 5.

I think camastasia is the best .
They've got some very good lossless compression.
you need an extra codec (TMSC), or you can make divx, whatever kind of movies
