Recover Deleted file

Okay I deleted a max file, purged the recycle bin, and now I want it back. I tried everything, but nothing is seeing the file. The programs I am using finds millions of files, from years and years ago, but not from yesterday. it is a days worth of work so any help would be appreciated.

Maybe your max autobak folder might have sneakily saved something?

I looked, but I am seeing day old stuff.

If you network rendered with that file then its still in the backburner folder of the pc thats running the manager.
That saved me some time on several projects.
The file stays there until you delete the queue.

backburner has never worked for me.
