  • DR monitor

Gerenally these days our scenes are so heavy we rely on DR pretty much all the time from test renders right through to final high-res output (hardly use backburner strip-rendering at all any more).

There is nothing more frustrating than firing a render off not knowing whether it will pick up buckets from across the farm or not!

In the past we have tried dividing the render slaves up between artists, but this is obviously a very in effecient use of the renderfarm.

Is there any way of monitoring this, a bit like Backburner monitor?

Interested to know you thoughts, and how you tackle this!

It's a huge hole in the DR process that's for sure!
