Looking for script

Does anyone know of script that can take objects...lets say cars and populate them along a spline with different speeds and offsets from that spline?....this would be ideal for doing traffic on freeways.

whats so hard about just making it, as in just laying the splines down and doing it manually, it doesnt take all that long to do manually.

One spline....300-500 vehicles...you must be to max as Yngwie Malmstein is to the 6-string.

if its bumper to bumper traffic, which with only 1 spline, its got to be. then yeah, i guess i am.
