Check this out - for all arch viz people here's a cool/free and helpful up to make flexable brick and masonery textures - you can make them any res and save out as a bitmap or jpeg which can quickly be turned into a seamless texture map in Photoshop

The program allows you to do the following:
choose from a range of different colors/styles to match anything you need
choose mortar colors
lets you design headers, soldier coursing and stack type.
Also has different types of splitface and burnished stone tiles (regular or chamfered)
