invoicing, quoting software recommendation

What you guys use for invoicing, quoting software? I'm looking for some better more automated and all in one options than word and excel .
I heard about this one http://blinkbid.com/ (but I'm not sure if it's not overkill plus the price 230$ !)Maybe there are some other options.

I use Freshbooks and I love it!

hmmm, I heard about that one also ... but monthly paying for such thing! common !

But I also read that HARVEST http://www.getharvest.com/ is better and cheaper than fresh.

I like freshbooks because I can downgrade my account to free when I get slow.

oh you can? this is interesting. you're doing it form your administrator panel or you got to contact support?

I think you just cancel your account and it downgrades it to the free version.

and when you downgrade can you still check historical data?
