anyone using Sketchup with Wacom tablet?

Is there anyone using extensively Sketchup with Wacom tablet?

I have a tablet and use sketchup, but never the two together I can't imagine doing without the middle mouse button for navigation. I've used the tablet a few times for sketching some lines on a face to render as a sketchy style, but that's about it.
