I am not sure it was really effective, at least not for me. I think his message would have came across just as effectively had he omitted the vulgarity. But then again, he probably gets paid for his work

Must be a cultural (read: american) thing.

I'm always laughing out when I see an american music video on TV where they blur out a middle finger gesture. As soon as the finger is isolated it becomes an unbearable/obscene body part, like a penis.

None of his work though reflects anything that I would consider up to current standards. They look like crap, something almost anyone here could have done 15-20 years ago. The rendering he does may be only worth $45.

I send a real nice demand letter last night, as of right now, I haven't heard back. In the letter I said that I am available to discuss this on the phone, and asked about a good time to call, but nothing! I am going to let my Freshbooks send late bills every 2 weeks and if I don't hear back in 30 days, I'll take action. I'll let you guys know what happens. I did run across this.. it explains things in a couple paragraphs.

Good for you Bobby!! but if you want to run your business full time it's always good to have a good Accountant, Attorney and a Hit man and maybe a Partner.
