Any tool to bake render output size into camera settings or control by camera ?

As I tried to summarize above, I am looking for a tool which makes resolution camera-specific but NOT ONLY for final rendering but working on the draft project as well?
There are some tools woking in the batch rendering concept, but what I am looking for is that the render outut gets updated each time I select a different camera.

Anything anyone knows?
