I have two HP Proliant ML150 G6 (Performance Model) Servers for sale that are used but in excellent condition.
Specs -
Processor - Intel Xeon E5520 (4 core, 2.26 GHz, 8MB L3, 80W).
Memory - 4GB PC3-10600 ECC DDR3 RAM 1333MHz.
Storage - 2 x 500GB 7200RPM SATA Drives in four drive cage.

- IBM x3400 Xeon tower with 8x 15k rpm SAS drives.
