Maybe someone can help... what kind of wire parameter is used here to create this bouncy effect:

I assume point helper is wired to dummy somehow with some kind of expression. Anyone have experience with such thing?

Take a look into spring controllers for it! You can put a spring controller on each point in the chain and they'll add some floppiness for you.
