Reflections not showing up in AE or Commotion or Virtual Fra

Hi All,
This is not a Vray issue so I am posting here. I render with reflections and when I goto AE or COmmotion or even the virtual frame buffer in Max, My reflections are missing. I am wondering if there is something wrong with my Max config as a result.
