Many asked me for the company information about which i posted in thread || Image upload> "pitch project.. hope cilent will like it"|| Few even suggested to start a thread where we can share name of companies who are fake or non paying. I hope this will help others not falling prey of such fraudster companies..

Sorry about that.
The thing with this company, you probably didn't realize, because you're not german, but the whole website is a scam. It's not a real firm.
The contact address is a post office box and the "company" is registered in wales, which equals "spam".

This really sucks.

As far I see they did the following. They present themselfes as 3d specialists
accuire a customer, give the job to someone (you), don´t pay and keep all the money
for themselfes.

Well, the good news is that you still own the copyright to these pictures.
You should find out who their customer is. Which is probabely a legitimate
large company or an architect. This company probabely doesn´t know anything about that scam.
You should try to conntact them. Do you know where this house is build ? Or do you got plans from
them, maybe with the name of the architect. If you can get this info you should see if they used your images
on their website. If this is the case, write them an e-mail saying that you own copyright to these images,
maybe prove it with a screenshot of the unrendered scene and they either have to remove them or you sue them.
(Even if you don´t really plan to do so)
If it´s a large company there is a little chance they just pay you. If they pay you or not, they definetely conntact these
Duck guys to see what´s going on. So you can at least discredit them in some way.

anyway, for the future you should always request payment in stepstones. Like the first payment is made once the geometry is finished.
And if they don´t pay you just don´t continue. But you should really try to piss these duck guys off by contacting their customer

A guy once told me that if you haven't been burned at least once then either A. You aren't very busy or B. You are brand new to the business world.
Its a part of doing work either over the net or just in your own backyard. Every comany i've ever worked for has been burned at one point or another. Sorry this had to happen to you.

Thanks Samuel, Yes i am desperate to do that. I have posted images here & requesting everyone, if anyone see any of those images anywhere please let me know. I have autocad files, will post screenshots of same soon here.. these autocad have some text written in German, which i don't understand.. may be someone from Germany can read that.

edit: I'd recommend to google for "smarthouse münchen" and have a look. Did you render just the four pics, you posted or some more? Maybe you'll find more of your pics that way...

edit2: also take a look at http://www.hochtief-vicon.de/vicon/0.jhtml it seems, they are the company, doing all 3d stuff for hochtief so maybe that's the ducks!?

Hey thanks Sacha! yes they are displaying many images.. but all of these images are not mine! i worked only on 2 images of this project. That means they have used other guys like me for same project! phew.. sending an email now to hochtief@smarthouse.info , lets see what happen..
