When it rains it pours

Well... After no 3d modeling work for a LONG time, I learned ArcMap, which is a GIS program and Civil 3D to be able to churn out some billable work here... I sent received THREE proposals back for 3 buildings and a 3d Site... Of course all of them want their work done tomorrow... Busy... busy...

hopefully this is a sign of things to come...
