what plugin for wordpress do you recommend for youtube videos?

As the title says. I want to post youtube videos on my wordpress site. What plugin for wordpress do you recommend for this?

You dont really need one, if you paste the youtube embed code into the post it should do the rest.

serious? then why are there so many youtube plugins for wordpress?
or is it just because the newer wordpress versions does the rest, and for the older versions you needed the plugin?

Was struggling to choose between the various plugins, but if I dont even need one, then that is a super bargain

Yes, it didn't always work like that.
But in general there are tons of totally useless wordpress plugins around, often duplicating core functionality.

There is a decent video plugin I've used before:

It allows further customizing of different embedding options.
But for me the default embed is good enough.
