Camera Pinch Top to Bottom

I have a client that wants a panorama of a series of rooms, cut in half.
He needs to see the flooring and the ceiling, but doesn't want to see the sides...
It's almost half way between an ordinary VRay Camera and an Orthographic one.
I suppose the target would almost form a horizontal barrel, or pinch.

Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this other than creative cropping in post???
It's driving me crazy.

I'm probably wrong but cant u just disable visibility of walls and objects he dont want to seE?

Man, that's really bizarre. Perspective vertically, but not horizontally...

Ah, I know what to do: If possible, do them orthographically, straight-on, but put a 2x2x2 FFD box on the rooms, to squeeze a fake perspective onto them.
