massive scene fails when archiving

i have a 1.1 gb max scene with several gb of maps and proxies here.. unfortunately max seems unable to archive such a big scene. it starts, but then i get a "maxzip:nothing to do!" error and it stops.


anyone know a way around this?

i see you can specify an archive program in the preferences, but ive no idea how to use this option. be great if i could point it to winrar.
