Backburner manager - want to restart the manager comp but keep the servers rendering

Hi guys,

this thing is really troubles me.

Is it somehow possible to restart the computer where the manager runs but keep the server macines computing?
So far when i restart manager while the job is being processed, all the servers drop the job.

Any idea other than buying deadline ? ))
