Thanks Morne But sometimes it's good to have a bit of brake so can test new soft without risking loosing sleep while things aren't working.

You mean like I just found out with Backburner 2013
I had to install 2013 at a site where they have 2012. I decided to skip Bacburner 2013 installation since they have Backburner 2008 and it works like a dream. Even though DR worked fine on 2012, it refused to work until I also installed backburner 2013. Strange
          Kind Regards,
          Morne

Any thoughts on 2013? I'm looking at some alternatives to Backburner and am wondering if the new version works well.

Does anyone have any experience with:
            Aresenal suite - http://code.google.com/p/arsenalsuite/ - by blur studios, or Afanasy - http://cgru.sourceforge.net/afanasy/doc/afanasy.html - ???

So far this new version seems to be working ok.
I am yet to do any large tests but for individual frames everything works as it should

same here. It even fixed the problem with node doesn't show up when using startup programs option

Wow - that's the first I've seen of Aresenal from Blur. Looks really powerful and I love that it's open source. I'm so sick of BB breaking with every release of 3ds Max but haven't made the leap to Deadline yet...
