    Autodesk has removed the latest 3DS Max / Design 2012 Product Update from its website, and is asking users to uninstall it. No further explanation is given at this time. More on Autodesk's Area.

        I am on 2013, so it doesn't apply to me. I just thought it might help you guys, who are on 2012.

              They're waiting for max 2014 so they can reintroduce those bugs

              But seriously, even with the odd problem or license issue, (which has always been the case since day1), I think I will be using Max still for a long time (or maybe Maya)

                actually...i would say that PU11 fixes all the bugs max 2012 has....that would lead to end of all future max sells cos everybody woudl be too happy with 2012PU11 ))

                      I'd say that's one of the big issues - max is used in so many different ways that it's very hard to go through all of the possibilities. It might work great for me as a vfx guy but all of the architecture and cad import stuff might be totally unusable!

                          What was in this product update?

                          I ask because I was looking for the animation addon they released for 2012 that could do crowds of people very quickly and I cant find any mention of it existing anywhere on the internet. I know bobby started a thread about it too but I cant find that either. Any ideas what it was called?
