FloorGenerator bug

¿Does anyone knows how to by pass this bug?,
1. Create a spline (acroos all borders from a room)
2. Create geometry with Floorgenerator.
3. Results on a geometry (diferent to original spline shape) locate on origin (not on top of spline like the usual behavor).

Im keep getting this results no matter what, fe. create in a new fresh file to isolate the problem.

I uploaded the max file for you to look whats going on. When i run the script and generate the geometry i get this message on maxscript window
