dead dongle.

I'm using an old dongle. The plastic casing is split at the seams and the metal end that inserts into the USB port wiggles freely inside the dongle. It was working when i upgraded to the latest vray but now, today it no longer apparently works because when i launch the vray licence i get the error message that the license (number) is required and that a suitable Wibu Box entry was not found(17).
I've emailed Trinity Animation where we got our upgrade just to get their thoughts on it. Haven't heard back from them yet.
Anyone here have any ideas?

trinity is putting a replacement in the mail right now. Their customer service is excellent.
