Render Artefacts

Hi All

I have been getting these rendering artefacts across a render, I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and could advise on how to get rid of it. ? I have tried turning subpixel mapping on and off and I have ramped the noise thresh up to 0.005 to no avail.

Any Ideas ?
