Need a website made

Figured I'd start here with a website I need to have made before going elsewhere.

I need a relatively simple website built that requires the following:

- Real-time chatting/IMs
- Database of users

I will handle all design related things graphics etc. If anyone knows someone who does websites and can handle the previous needs I'm willing to pay to start the project immediately. Please email me at colin.senner@gmail.com, NDA required to speak about. This is just a personal project.

What I'm doing is simple to start, but the idea is much much larger. I want it professionally done and I don't want to much with PHP anymore or MySQL, I'd rather just pay someone to do it.

Yes, you can do RT/chat. It used MySQL and PHP.
