To be honest I haven't really checked CGArchitect in years, so missed the actual survey.

I'd be surprised if many employees spend the money for that data, but the hourly rate data etc. might be interesting for company directors/freelancers.
In saying that I would be unlikely to change my company's hourly rate based on a survey.
