USB anti-delete

Does anybody know how I can protect USB data from being deleted? I need to put some O&M information on a USB, but I don't want them to be able to delete the data.

I've seen "USB Write Protection" utility before somewhere. But if you just wanna encrypt your USB stick and doesn't keep on using, try to use BitLocker.

or just flip the physical switch on your usb stick. Some of them have a write protect switch physically on the stick
