White screen delays

Anybody else regularly get white screens and white dialogue boxes where Max just hangs? Its really bloody annoying and I can't quite work out why it is happening. You just have to sit there and wait for it to recover.

same here, but only with big models. i think its not the number of polys, more the number of elements.

happens with Quadro and GTX... a annoying thing.

on the right down, where perspective/camera/zoom is, this 4x2 block disappears and i have to wait sometimes 2 sec until i get this back...

almost always graphix driver related. switch to Direct 3d once you've done your template modelling.

I am using Direct3D as Nitrous - in general - sucks.

I often switch to OpenGL for larger scenes (especially stuff imported from sketchup), otherwise nitrous just falls over!
