hmmm looks like no 2014 "non-design" yet, at least in my subrs center, it just still has 2013...not exactly in a hurry anyway.

yes, as well as the 2014 trial, but why the heck isn't it in my subscription center yet? Are they really that screwed up over there?

They are probably just slowing rolling it out. I had NavisWorks in my subscription center a week before they officially launched it. I launched it, and it doesn't look different. I'll play with it more this weekend.

I've installed Design 2014 using Trial. But I almost cannot feel the difference except disabled Caddy UI.

don't feel bad. I have been paying a subscription fee for Autodesk QTO, and it hasn't changed in 3 years.

The products are being fulfilled in batches. Autodesk 3DS Max 2014 has just been released Friday of last week. Kindly wait until the end of the week for the fulfillment to complete. If by then we do not see your upgrade, we will escalate your issue.
