relaxing keys in animation curve

hi

how can i relax or smooth the WHOLE animation curve of an animation (motion tracked BIP).
animation seems a bit edgy because of keys that are out of the "smooth line" of the animation.

so i want the whole curve to smooth out/ relax the keyvalues.

is there an automatic way/script to do that. cause it´s a bit too much of work for all the skeleton parts to fix them manually.

i think i found something interesting that does nearly what i want...
curve editor/ edit/ tansformation tools / scale keys tool...

so i scale down till i´m satisfied, then i scale up till i have the amount of frames the animation had before...

any other idea?
