    Has anybody ever experience the keyboard to stop working while using 3DS MAX? Not the whole keyboard, just the shortcuts; even the delete key stops working. A MAX reboot helps, but it's a pain!

    sometimes happen when you also have Photoshop open

    "esc" and "h" don't work in Sketchup & AutoCAD when PS is open

        Hold in "shift" at the same time as pressing those keys when those programs open then it works again

            Rebooting MAX solves it, but I'll try the shift trick before having to reboot.

              I don't think the "shift trick" is part of your problem. The issue you are having sounds like something different

                  no, I am still in 2013. I am waiting for the final VRay build before I start using 2014.

                    I've found that I have key responsiveness problems whenever I have Autodesk Design Review 2013 open. We're in Max 2013
