Wacom+Windows8+Max has had a lot of troubles with right-clicking the Quad Menu, and the latest Wacom driver made right-clicking the Quad Menu not work at all. But I just discovered that someone found a solution to the problem:

It's not a pretty solution, but it works. There's gotta another way to do it. I know that sometimes it has magically started working for me, but I am never sure what I did, and I never use Viewport Canvas.
