Looking for 5yo animation - Lake with development cam match onto boardroom table

Hi all

I'm looking for an old animation, can't remember name of project or people who did it. But it was this real footage of nice looking girl, and guy, standing around a table. It was cam matched and on the table was this HUGE 3D model of a development with lake etc. As the 2 talk about the development they point and the cam moves very close to the 3D and over the lake(or river)

Could somebody that remember it, please point me to a link...
