UK website hosting

I'm currently using 123-reg.co.uk and today couldn't even load my web page today which is not good enough. I've had problems with loading and speed over a number of months now. Would anyone recommend a fast/reliable UK host ? (If they are specific to wordpress hosting then all the better).

Thanks. Their options look pretty good. I'm wondering though how many people share each server. If it's a massive amount I may be in exactly the same situation as 123-reg. I'll give them a ring.

We have been using Zen for a few years now. Superb team and their support is second to none. I'm sure they aren't the cheapest but the ability to speak to them or web chat with them (and that they are in the uk) is a real benefit.
