I've never seen anyone charge visuals by the floor space... do you think that's the floor space of the room, building, or just the visible area in front of the camera?

I wouldn't have a clue, but for $5, it can't be much more than 4 walls, floor, and ceiling.

Nice work. You should get those contracts amended.

edit: add some fine print at the bottom that a surcharge of 25c per sq/m will be added to the end of the bill.
