  • Max 2013 isolate changes camera view to perspective

We are generally getting on 'ok' with max2013, but this is the most annoying bug so far. If you are looking through a vray camera and isolate an object, then exit isolation, the camera view changes to perspective. Sometimes you miss it as it matches the vray camera, but of course, when you render, the exposure is all messed up.

    Useful!
    Kind Regards,
    Richard Birket

I would recommend going to 2014 ASAP. The Isolate mode is fixed along with the perspective switching you mentioned. The viewport performance with high ploy models and splines is much better. 2013 was a terrible release IMO

      +1 on that
2014 is way better than 2013

except sometimes a left or front view would randomly change to a different view, but using the sucky viewcube fixes this.
