How would I render out an EXR, open it up in PS, and create different exposures? other than randomly going up and down, is there a more precis process. Is -1 exposure = to 1 F-Stop?

32 bit + exposure slider. There is no more photographic way that I know of.

I get that, I just wanted to know a scientific way to create multiple exposures, using one 32bit image. I guess I can render one really low, and in PS, keep doubling the exposure. This way, I can expose an image in PS, like a photographer does.

Yes more or less. But remember that noise treshold and so on will be low as well so if u exposure a lot ull get noise fisible... It will render a bit faster tho if I remember correctly.
