~~MAX 5 HELP~~

Hi everyone, I am having a strange problem with Max 5. Anytime I change a value or colour it becomes animated between the original value and the modified one even though the auto key or set key is on! This is extremly annoying!!!!

Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this?

If I remember right, turn "set Key" on and off.

Ahhh, the magic key bug. lol. I've experienced that little bugger many times. One way to stop it is to turn animate on then off again when it happens, but that's only a temporary fix.

I know it has something to do with the 'maxsave.dll' file. I think the permanent fix is to replace this file with a fixed version. This came up a while ago on the discreet forum, but unfortunantly the post no longer exists. Have a look at Discreet's website and see what you can find.
