Interactive 360 Model Spin program

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone had any good ideas on a program to create a 360 model (renderings) you can spin around (say a broswer or application)
I need to render this so it wont be a 3d model just a series of images that swap as you rotate round.
360 images would be nice to make it smooth

I basically want to create a building model that you can spin around and click on one thing to take you to another page.

I know it can be custom coded but sinces its pretty basic was wondering if there were programs that can help achieve that.
plus id needs to apply to a changing building as design progresses, not just an end product.

I am wondering if i could pull it off in flash on its own.

Pano2vr is pretty good. You can spit out flash or xml. Add hotspots, multiple resolution etc.

Object2VR may be worth a look if you wanted to include turntables as well as panoramas in your 'virtual tour'.

Also I've communicated construction sequencing this way too.
