  • Powercut, now render node can't connect to backburner

Not sure what has happened here. I accidently tripped the electrics yesterday middway through a render. All 4 render nodes and the workstation went off.

I turned all systems back on and everything seemed fine but now one render node cannot connect to backburner. It can be pinged from the manager and seen on the network. The error message that appears on the manager is:

Cannot handle registration from render5. Will try later.
Attempt to register busy server render5.
    Error 0xFFAA000 Communicating with 192.168.0.5

192.168.0.5 is the IP for render5.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening ?
    Regards

I'm not sure I've sorted this yet but I uninstalled backburner on the offending node (and had to manually stop 2 backburner adapter processes before uninstall could continue). Maybe these processes remained residual and confused backburner manager. After a re-install and server start it seems okay now. Fingers crossed.
