3rd world internet black hole

I have just arrived in Sudan where I will be for a few weeks to work on an archaeology project. Here at my hotel in Khartoum the internet seems to work alright for the most part, except that I am unable to access the websites of both Adobe and Autodesk. I'm a bit worried that my Adobe CC account will eventually be rendered useless if it can't ping adobe.com while I'm here. I also want to grab the new service pack for Mudbox, but can't access it.

Does anyone
a) know why I can't get to those websites? I can't find any info about it and I can't even access my personal website!
b) know if my Creative Cloud programs will stop working?
c) know any ways around these issues?

c. Crack As much as I should not advise it. Its the only solution that u can use if u dont have special license or internet...

I think perhaps I can't access my own personal website because they seem to be blocking GoDaddy, my hosting company.

ProXPN should get you around things.

You can maybe VPN to your office and get the stuff that you need from there.

That's a good idea! I work from home, but I have a friend staying at my place while I'm gone and she can open the door for a buddy of mine who's good at setting up that sort of thing.

Though once we get to the archaeology site all bets are off on the kind of connectivity we'll have. I just read that my Adobe CC products should be good for 180 days, though after 30 it'll start politely asking me for authorization (I'm here for 45).

But I'm on the Autodesk 360 thing too. I'm paid for a full year, but I don't know if that eventually needs to ping for authorization as well (and I can't access the Autodesk FAQ to find out).
