After some research, as far as I can tell, you can bring 3d buildings into google earth but 3d terrains inserted into google earth will suffer in areas where the newly inserted terrain into google earth is lower than the existing google terrain, the new 3d terrain will disappear in those areas. in other words, it is not possible to carve out a hole in google earth terrain and place new terrain into the hole. Am I correct on this? has anyone looked into this? (A client of ours wants to insert our 3d grading plans into google earth)
