Clothes in general would be great actually, nice 'designer' stuff. Like someone would actually buy it, and not like it was Primark reject.

I'll include hanging clothes in there too such as suits, dresses etc. hanging on hangers for use in wardrobes.

I don't think there's any shortage of trees that can be done and other types of plants. You can also have them integrated with the people over at Forest Pro which would probably boost sales.
A second thing I'd recommend is furniture more common to American households - especially sofas and beds. Evermotion furniture tends to be European-styled.
Third if you're up for the task is people modeling. If you can get your hands on a good scanner, all the better. It's a lot of work but I think that's the modeling jackpot.

I think AXYZ have nailed people with the new scanned stuff. I'm using them right now and they're amazing. Do we all really need more trees, people and cars? Office furniture is a good move IMO

Good to hear about Axyz new stuff, thanks!

Need more trees, people cars? Yes...on each project when client pick totally different office furniture from all previous clients/jobs. I always think I'll get to use these again on a paying job, but it rarely ever happens.
Many manufactures have some form of 3d or 2d models available, but are usually not "ready to drop into the scene and go."

As others said, no shortage of good quality variations of trees and plants.

Cars...I do agree, I never really have trouble finding a few good ones to put in the scene.

              Update/request:

Often in need of existing or new structural steel, so a kit of parts would be nice...currently, I use splines, sweeps, polygon modeling.

And also, less stylish and fancy hospitality furniture, the kind in hospital waiting areas, for example.
Here is a link for example. They do have some symbols, but not great meshes and require a lot of fussing to make useable up close...

              Any updates on your shop?

We've hit some brick walls, but sorting those out and working on streamlining things a bit better. Once that stuff is going well I will refere back here to address every one's requests!

Problem is it costs a lot of money to create one character, and even before you get into rigging and facial rigs. It could cost upwards of $1000 or more for one character (on sale) after the rigging and all the stuff is done, is that something people are going to pay if they want to buy a library of lets say 10-20 people $10k-$20k ?? or a couple of individual models?...

Usually need something from Steelcase each interior project...
Good example of a company that provides many good models, but not great...and they have no good materials.
I imagine a really good modeler could download these models and use them as reference to make better ones more quickly than from scratch?

This goes for so many office furniture companies. Nobody provides really good models of this sort of furniture.
We would happily buy entire libraries of each companies furniture if they were a good standard.
