but I'll put it here in case it's not V-ray specific.
So, using latest nightly build, and am really struggling with some "missing maps."
I use the normal scripts that usually work fine to check for them, but everywhere I check, no maps are actually missing.
So, I also have "check for missing bitmaps" checked, and when I hit render, the render proceeds as if all is good.
However, as soon as the slave tries to join (shortly after LC) missing maps rendering aborted appears in the v-ray log.
I've checked all the damn v-ray related logs I can find on the workstation and the slave, and find no clue to the issue.
It still happens when tested using a material override on everything.
1. If V-ray is clever enough to know that, why can't it also report the details of the "missing" stuff?
2. How can I discover this without spending a !#$%& day?
Thanks in advance, sorry, my anger tank just overflowed
