All vertices of spline = zero Zed axis?

select the spline, select all subobjects, open scale floater and right click on the spinner next to z-scale. will scale it to exactly 0. its never failed me..?

Make sure your Main toolbar > Use Center Flyout is set to 'Use Selection Center'. It's the middle option. Scaling selected sub-objects to 0 will work if that mode is selected.
