DOF Pro!

Ever since updating my Photoshop to 6, and then CC, I cannot get my DOF Pro to work or even show up anymore.
I tried to request assistance using the webpage form and have still had no response. I did quickly scan over their forum, but to no avail.
Seems odd/wrong. Must I revert to an old Photoshop just to use this license?
Has anyone else had similar problems?
Currently running Win7 pro.

You need 32 bit version of photoshop as opposed to default installed 64.
